If you have purchased one of our products, rented a product, made a rental or sales enquiry either by telephone or email, your contact information will be stored within our cloud based customer database LACRM. LACRM is a data processor and is fully compliant with GDPR rules. Access to this is controlled by secure data storage technologies and strictly limited to ENCHANTED TREES
LIMITED employees and contracted staff. If you subscribe to our newsletter via the website, have indicated your preference to stay on our mailing list or provided your email address to us at a
show, your email address is stored within MailChimp. You can unsubscribe at any time.​ We will continue to hold this information until you withdraw your consent or it is no longer appropriate. If you believe the information we hold is incorrect, please contact us and ask for it to be amended.
 
We do not collect or store credit card details on our website. Payments are made via Shopify and are subject to their privacy policy. Payments details provided by telephone are not stored. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
