Refund policy

An item may be returned within 30 days of receiving an order as long as it is in a condition suitable for resale. Your statutory rights are not affected.

To return an item, contact us either by sending us a message via our contact form, writing to us by email (sales@enchantedtrees.co.uk) or calling 01428741586 to speak to our friendly team.

Items returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We do not assume responsibility for any returns damaged in transit.

Returns are made at your cost. Please choose a suitable courier and obtain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.

All goods are inspected upon return, and a decision will be made on refund within 14 days.

If an item is returned to us damaged or in an unsuitable condition, refunds will be at our discretion.

Where applicable, we will refund the price you purchased your item at, including sale items or items with multi-buy discounts.

For faulty or damaged items, please contact us directly.

Bespoke orders are non returnable and non refundable.

International sales are non returnable.
