Our products are sold subject to the terms of sale listed here. Please read them carefully before using the website and by using this website you agree to be bound by these terms of sale.

Product Imagery

We have made all efforts to show the products featured as accurately as possible but please be aware that colours (particularly of LED light tone) may vary depending upon the capabilities of your particular computer and Enchanted Trees cannot be held responsible for any limitations of your monitor or guarantee the display of any colour.

Sales

All sales are at the discretion of Enchanted Trees. Risk of damage to or loss of the goods will pass to you when the goods are delivered and set up of the trees is your responsibility using the instructions provided. Trees must be secured appropriately and we accept no responsibility for any
damage caused by a tree insufficiently secured. This will also invalidate the warranty. If your goods do not arrive when expected please contact us immediately and should delivery be refused and items returned to us then all costs incurred will be the customer’s.

Commercial Sales
If you wish to use the trees for commercial use this must be stated before purchase.

Warranty

The trees have a warranty of 1 year. Once out of warranty you may buy new branches from us.

International Sales are non returnable. Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Products sold internationally are not covered under a warranty.
